SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 working hours. Please note customized items will take longer to process. If your order has both customized and non-customized items, the order will be split, and the non-customized items will be delivered beforehand.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 5000/-. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.

  • In case you’re ordering other items along with customized or ready jewellery, your order might arrive in parts.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer limited Return and Replacement for our products. Please refer to our detailed Return and Replacement Policy below.*

Please note : We do not offer Exchange (i.e. Returning one product and getting another product in exchange.) 

However if you'd like to exchange your product - you can place a 'Return' request for your current order and get the desired product through Refunded Amount/ Shine jewellery gift card issued against your 'Returned Product.'

* Clearance Sale Products are not eligible for Return

  • We offer returns against deductions of shipping charges! Just email our team at hello@shinejewelley.in within 2 days of receiving your order.

    • You will need to share the image of the product taken immediately on receipt of the package.

    • The cost of shipping the product to you and its pickup back to us will be borne by you. We will deduct the same from your refund amount.

    • You can only opt for store credit for any return request.

    • Store credit will be for the entire product value less shipping amount.

    • Please note that the return window closes after 2 days. Forward shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A product is also eligible for return within 2 days of delivery in the following cases:

    • The product is damaged in transit.  

    • A wrong product has been sent by our team.

    • There is a design defect on the product.

  • In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement product of the same design.

  • If a wrong product has been sent by our team, we will arrange for a free doorstep pickup and delivery of the correct design.

  • If your order has a design defect*, please write to us at hello@shinejewellery.in within 2 days of delivery along with the order ID and a picture & video clearly highlighting the defect, and our team will be happy to help you out

    • *Below cases do not qualify as a design defect:

      • Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.

      • If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.

Cancellations or change of address requests are only accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.

  • If a purchase was made using Gift card or Store credit, then the refund for such orders will also be made in the same mode.
